Genelaogy Research - Step 3

Main Research:
I conduct in-depth genealogy research on your Polish roots

I will search for information in the archival collections of various institutions, not only in online databases, polish civil registration offices and state or church archives, but also in pre-war magazines and newspapers, old census records, Yizkor books, Jewish institutions, address books and directories. I draw on the rich knowledge of local history enthusiasts, museums, libraries, and cultural and social institutions. Also, gravestones and graves in cemeteries and graveyards offer a great deal in discovering Polish heritage.

The final result of a genealogical search depends on many factors: the availability and state of preservation of archival documents, the place of origin of the ancestors, their social status, occupation and religion, as well as the prevalence of the surname. The rarer the surname, the easier it is to find the right track of your Polish ancestor.

It may take 2-3 months due to the waiting time for responses and ordered record copies from archives and authorities, which is beyond my control. I will consistently keep you informed about the progress in uncovering your family history.

After finishing genealogical research, I prepare a Research Report
